This Award winning UK based TPA is seeking an Interim Data Services Manager to work in a specialist team responsible for client focussed data and business improvement projects. The organisation has maintained steady growth and as such requires additional recourses to deliver on a number of projects. §Providing direction to the teams and defining service expectations to team managers
§Creating and monitoring appropriate levels of controls ensuring compliance with client trust deeds and rules, legislation and regulation
§Liaising with 3rd parties (internally and externally) as appropriate
§Negotiating in high-level situations suggesting positive, imaginative solutions
§Contribute to projects supporting New Business and continuous improvement
§Build and Develop good working relationships with clients and their advisors, regularly monitoring that the service provided meets current expectations
§Identifying with senior internal stakeholders how the service needs to develop to continue to meet client expectations
§Regularly reviewing client projects ensuring efficiency and profitably, taking appropriate action to maintain this
§Assisting in the preparation of bids for new business with a significant contribution to tender responses, site visits and presentations to prospective clients
To be a successful applicant to the Interim Data Services Manager you will need extremely strong Pensions Administration experience with a focus on Data and Systems. Team management is also essential as is projects experience and having worked closely with clients. You will also need a thorough understanding of regulatory and legislative issues and their influence on administration process and projects.
