As a Assistant Pensions Consultant you will support the consultants and partners on the design, funding, administration and communication of pension schemes helping clients manage a variety of benefit related risks. Assisting to drive forward the shape of future pension provisions and delivering innovative solutions to clients. Working as part of a team of more experienced consultants in all areas of pension consulting work for corporate and trustee clients. Support consultants/partners prepare for and attend trustee meetings participating, when required, by providing information and guidance in respect of company pensions and employee benefits, recording the event with accurate minute taking. Ensure follow through of identified action points from trustees meetings.
To be considered for the Assistant Pensions Consultant role you will need DB/DC pensions experience, ideally educated to A Level/degree or equivalent, progression towards APMI/CF qualifications would be advantageous. You will also be expected to have strong oral and written communication skills. Any client facing/meeting experience would also be desirable
