Senior International Pensions Manager

Work as part of this global in-house pensions team, which leads activities in respect of employee benefits. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly-skilled pensions specialist who is passionate about developing and delivering cost-effective, competitive and sustainable employee benefits strategy.

Manage and drive through process improvements for efficient and effective consolidation of pensions accounting and disclosures. Maintain all accounting and cash pension financial forecasts, as well as the model for measuring Group pensions value at risk.

Develop highly effectively working relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders, acting as lead point of contact on all pension accounting and cash issues, group-wide, being able to present and be challenged at a strategic level.

Take the lead, from a pensions and benefits perspective, on international M&A projects.

With a UK or equivalent international actuarial fellowship, you will have relevant international pensions experience, gained working in a global consultancy or in-house with pensions accounting standard IAS19, with pensions accounting consolidation, M&A and/or review of international pensions strategy.
