My client, one of the UK's most recognised medium-sized Financial Services providers, is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join the growing organisation.The RoleWorking within the Corporate Pensions department, this role will focus on delivering sales from Employee Benefits Consultants/Corporate Advisors, as well as ensuring the on boarding of business from clients is accurate and efficient; through maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships with service delivery staff, co-ordinators and actuarial teams. Plus, this role will additionally focus on ensuring the team objectives and sales KPIs are met, whilst also adhering to the company's TCF policies and FSA regulations. The PersonThe successful applicant will have experience of working in the buy-out or buy-in function for a leading insurer or EBC, and have an in depth knowledge of the UK's corporate pensions market and its current drivers for change. Plus, candidates will be required to demonstrate a proven track record of consistent high-performance against corporate pension's sales targets, and have previously worked on DB schemes; to ensure that they can interpret scheme rules and current legislation accurately and efficiently.
