This company has a modern approach to employee benefits and deliver a range of services to their clients. Working in a motivated team you will provide services to your own corporate clients, some of which are well know brands. Although the role encompasses all aspects of client management for employee benefits there will be emphasis on pension’s governance and auto-enrolment. This position requires someone who is commercially astute and can work with colleagues to understand the client and provide solutions and guidance on their benefits package to promote employee participation and staff retention. You will undertake regular client reviews and attend meetings to do fact finds, draft minutes and lead and manage employee road shows. Taking responsibility for developing marketing and proposition opportunities linked to Governance and Auto-enrolment services you will also consider the promotion of other services the company offers. To be considering you will have achieved or be close to Diploma qualified either G60 and G10 or equivalent. This position will include working with and mentoring more junior staff and we are seeking a Consultant with an acute eye for detail and enjoys working in a busy team environment. This company offers an excellent and highly competitive flexible benefits package and the basic salary is complimented by a discretionary bonus scheme which will be discussed at interview stage. For the complete job description, please contact
