My client, a recognised market-leader in the flexible benefits and reward consultancy sector, is currently recruiting Pensions Governance Consultant, with in-depth knowledge of Auto Enrolment and Pensions Governance, to join their successful team. The RoleThis role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant, and commercially-aware consultancy support to a portfolio of Corporate clients, predominantly in the areas of Pensions Governance and Auto Enrolment. Working alongside a Pensions & Guidance Manager, this role with be accountable for the day-to-day delivery and development of a Pensions Consultancy service to a range of clients, with the aim to work alongside the company's Account Managers who 'sell' and maintain this service to new and existing clients. In addition, this role will also need to identify new market opportunities, whilst continuing to remain fully compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements, as well as managing and coaching the company's Pensions team.The PersonThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate a highly organised, self-motivated attitude to their work, and be able to use an in-depth sector awareness to identify ways in which to develop business opportunities within the Corporate Pensions Consultancy market. Candidates will need to be Diploma qualified, with G60/G10 or equivalents, as well as being able to manage Pensions projects, coach and advise staff, and have a strong focus to succeed.
