Senior Pensions Administrator

West Sussex GBP25000 - 27000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the third party administration field. This well established client are currently looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to manage key projects in the Pensions department, as well as providing ad hoc general support to a large Administration team.The RoleThis role will focus on delivering key projects, which include highlighting pensions increases, producing valuations data, and generating Reward and Benefits statements to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, this role will also require candidates to produce and interpret data, take the lead on key projects within the Pensions team, and provide general Senior Administrative work - such as checking work, coaching and advising staff, and working to consistently meet SLA's - when required. The Person The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, confident and determined to succeed in a high pressured environment. You will be able to act proactively, both individually and within a team, and be able to demonstrate accurate ways to communicate data to a range of stakeholders - both internally and externally. Plus, candidates will need to be able to meet strict project deadlines, have an in-depth knowledge of current and changing Pensions legislations, as well as a strong competency in regards to general Defined Benefits pensions administration.The BenefitsIn reward for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package including a stakeholder Pension Scheme, an annual discretionary Bonus, 23 days holiday and the ability to sell or buy holiday additional holiday through the Flexible Benefits System.PTM1203-170 - Senior Pensions Administrator is only one of many vacancies we are handling.
