Pensions Customer Service Executives
Join this specialist pensions provider and contribute to the customer service function that supports business activities and supports the development and growth of the business objectives.
Use your excellent customer service skills, engaging customers to identify potential new business opportunities and generate new leads that support the business objectives and business growth whilst supporting new and existing customers.
You will support new and existing customers, managing their expectations and taking ownership of customer enquiries, providing a timely response and resolution, where required.
Previous customer service experience within the pensions industry is essential. You will hold a CF1 qualification or equivalent and be willing to study and complete FA2.
