Work for this renowned company supporting the risk function for the Pensions and Benefits Team. This will include supporting internal and external audit activities, monitoring of third party suppliers, risk and compliance monitoring, compliance testing, data privacy and business continuity monitoring.

Support implementation of risk strategy for pensions and benefits function, highlighting critical risks and identifying appropriate mitigations and plans in place to address. Ensure maintenance of risk registers, controls and monitoring tools, liaising with business units to ensure controls are embedded in individual teams for global pensions and benefits activity and third party suppliers.

Manage and monitor disaster recovery planning including those at third party suppliers and ensure a robust plan is in place. Lead, design and operate a robust compliance regime, flagging issues and recommendations for improvement.

You will have a detailed knowledge of Pension and Benefits industry standards, guidelines and regulations coupled with a thorough understanding of the Data Protection Act.

You will hold a relevant professional qualification and possess a proven background of testing and monitoring risk and control frameworks in response to identified risk exposure, and experience of production of risk and governance documentation to support risk and control monitoring activity.
