Work for this renowned company delivering a first class pensions welfare service, meeting service standards in accordance with the company’s objectives by providing support to the Retirement Fund pensioners, associated Pensioners’ Clubs and charitable trusts.
You will maintain a good working relationship with Pensioners’ Clubs and highlight potential issues with recommendations to management for consideration.
Be a key point of contact for members and maintain a database of information and associated library of documentation to enable clubs to be kept informed of key activity, including production of regular newsletters.
You will produce a first draft update of communications material for publication in the pensioner magazine connection, including obituary, retirement and distribution reports.
You will have proven stakeholder and customer service skills along with event management experience with the ability to influence and manage individuals at a more senior level and demonstrate empathy with the personal circumstances of pensioners, creating a support network for such members.
