One-year fixed-term contract
The Royal Mail Group (RMG) is well underway with one of the largest transformation programmes in corporate history. Today, the Group employs over 163,000 people – about 1% of the UK’s workforce. The Pensions Strategy Team within the Group is also undergoing change and a great opportunity exists for a Pensions Manager to rise to the challenge and to increase and develop their pensions experience and knowledge during the one-year contract.
Reporting to our Head of Pensions Strategy, one of your key roles will be to manage current pension policy for the Group, particularly in relation to ancillary benefits (death in service and ill health retirement). Another will be to provide policy support on all Group pension arrangements and to participate in pension-related projects.
Amongst other qualifications, you will be educated to degree level, with practical experience working in a pension administration, consultancy or policy environment in a large organisation.
