HR Business Partner - London - Competitive Salary + Benefits

Evodia are seeking a HR Business Partner with relevant experience for a Government backed Pensions Provider.

Our client is a non-departmental public body tasked with delivering a new workplace pension scheme specifically to meet the needs of low-to-moderate earners and their employers.

Role Description:

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the HR Business Partner will support our client by providing an effective and professional HR service. The successful candidate will work with HR and other directorates to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management that results in more effective front-line delivery.

Essential Criteria:

*Relevant experience gained at HR Business Partner level within financial services or other commercially focused organisation
*Good understanding and experience of administering a group pension scheme, group life assurance, critical illness cover and other employee benefits
*Experience of HR management information reporting
*Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and history of developing, producing and maintaining HR MI reports
*Excellent project management skills and experience of co-ordinating multiple project timelines.
*CIPD qualified
*Member of CIPD or equivalent.
